Since all PRO-TEK technicians are certified, we can handle warranties for most of the major manufacturers. We can also offer in many cases, extended warranty programs, ask us about them, as they have proven to be popular and cost effective.

By perpetuating these relationships, PRO-TEK can deliver a higher level of service, as we can procure parts faster and get the technical support when and if needed. By being authorized by the factory we receive updated technical bulletins regularly, which helps us stay better prepared to service our customers.

When installing equipment, PRO-TEK does not consider the install done until the customer/operator knows how to use and perform daily maintenance on the equipment; only then do we consider the installation complete.
